Go Shawty It's Sherbert Day 🍨

If you’re like me, an all-seasons ice cream eater, then this recipe is for you. As usual, there's no real cooking required and only 3 ingredients.

I stay away from most desserts, since they typically are filled with inflammatory ingredients like corn syrup, milk, food coloring, and dyes. Instead, I love creating healthy versions of my favorites, which is exactly what I did with this amazing blueberry sherbert. 

Since Halloween is around the corner, let's go ahead and call this Boo-Berry Sherbert.

Put all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. SO EASY GUYS.

Blend on high for 45-60 seconds. The mixture should be fully blended but with some air bubbles. We're in the home stretch.

Pour the mixture into a freezer safe container with a lid. Freeze overnight. YES, this is the hardest part! Be patient. I believe in you.

Remove from the freezer and EAT IT ALL!
