THINK - MOVE - EAT - Round 2

Last week I introduced THINK IT - MOVE IT - EAT IT, my easy three step process for making healthy choices.

Living a healthier life shouldn’t be hard. In fact, it should be fun and something you actually look forward to.

Let’s dive into another round of the process.

Start now. Start here. Take a step towards your healthy future by making good choices in the present.

You don’t have to dive into the deep end or do anything drastic. Small changes make a BIG impact.

But doing nothing isn’t an option! Commit to taking the first step, right now.


Abs time!

This move is part of a routine that I did in a dress, in order to show you that you can do it anywhere, even in work clothes. Whether you take ten minutes at the office during a lunch break, or do this move first thing in the AM rocking undies in your living room, just make it happen.

Start by bringing your right elbow across your body as you lift your left knee. Touch elbow to knee. Repeat this move for a total of ten reps.

Next switch to your left elbow and right knee for a count of ten. You've now completed one set.

Repeat this set for a total of three sets (sixty reps). 

Remember to hydrate!


Today we’re doing a snack swap. Look at the things you typically reach for when hunger strikes.

Do you have an afternoon potato chip routine? Maybe you have a daily Starbucks Frappacino or after dinner Oreo's.

Let’s switch it up and swap for more nutritious and filling options, things that will help build your immune system, rather than deplete it and put on the pounds.

I’m not suggesting that you never eat these things. If you love your chips, enjoy them - sometimes. Not EVERY DAY. Commit to change, starting today.
